I was looking for a new stylist and after reading the reviews, decided to book an appointment with Joe. I couldn't be happier! Joe listened to what I don't like, made suggestions and gave me a wonderful cut that made me feel younger than my 7-squared years! He didn't rush the styling which I really appreciate; having thick hair I'm used to a time crunch toward the end of the appointment. I have an undercut and told him to have fun with it; I was probably most excited for the art work on my head! Excited to see what he will create next time!

I haven't had a haircut in over 2.5 years and my haircut with Claudia more than made up for it! I let her know I wanted to donate over 20 inches and she braided it so neatly before cutting it in order for me to mail to the charity. And I love my new cut! It's so light and she did a great job listening to my needs-something low maintenance with subtle layers that I can still pull up into a ponytail for work. As much as I love the cut, the shampoo and condition was my favorite part! She legit massaged my scalp more than just a standard wash (which is already great) and the glass of wine was just the extra touch for a great experience!

Very friendly staff and always welcoming when I’m there! I go to Joe for all of my hair needs and he’s never let me down. We’ve tried a few different things during my hair journey and it’s currently the healthiest it’s ever been. I can’t say enough good things about Joe. He provides honest feedback and knows how to make you feel comfortable during your visit. Highly recommend Embody Salon!

I love Joe Silvas! He has been doing my hair for several years now . He does a great job with my Brazilian treatments , cuts and color. I say cuts because I am always changing my mind about what I want. And he always manages to make it happen. And I am thrilled about his new location. Embody Salon is gorgeous and everyone there is so nice. They go to great lengths to make us feel at home!

I’ve had Joe color and cut my hair for many years and have never been disappointed. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. He is always responds promptly and is flexible to find the perfect time. Joe even cuts my son’s hair. Best kids haircut ever! Plus, Joe is one of the nicest people. The mew salon has a great atmosphere and awesome Aveda products as well.

I have been having my haircut done by Joe for about 2 years now and he's amazing and very professional. I don't trust anybody else to cut my hair but him you will not be disappointed I guarantee it! Also everybody at Embody Salon is very welcoming and provides special hospitality as well. You can never go wrong with this place definitely recommend Embody Salon to anybody.

Joe has been cutting my hair for quite a while, every time I get a haircut with him. Once I leave the salon, it’s like I’m a totally different person. He is the only person I trust with my hair and I always get compliments on his work. I love how I show him pictures of what I like of haircuts or how I picture my hair to be, and he provides feedback on what might give me trouble based on how I keep up with my hair. He always listens to you and makes you feel comfortable as he possibly can. He has such a kind heart with great personality.

I have been coming to see Joe for over 8 years. He is very knowledgeable and I trust his direction and creativity. He is very talented and a great person inside and out! I trust him completely and look forward to our visits every 6 weeks! Embody salon is a great salon. Kind and honest folks!

Go visit Joe at Embody. He’s so good at listening to how much I won’t be doing all the fabulous things he’ll do at my appointment time and makes suggestions based on the reality of who I am and what effort I’ll put forth after I leave the salon. He’s good at what he does.

Loved Embody and will be going back in 5/6 weeks for hair color/highlights and hair cut with Stefan. The space is modern and very clean. The owner is at the desk when coming in and loved Stefan. This was my first time at this salon and it is now my new salon. Aveda products is very important to me; so that helped my decision.

This Aveda salon is friendly, professional, and clean. Claudia is amazing at her craft! She has been cutting my hair for over 6 years. Not only is my hair the healthiest it's even been since seeing her, but she has taught me how to care for my hair in the right ways. She is knowledgeable in all types of hair, men and women. Her and her staff will provide you with a 'one of a kind' experience!

So my experience with Emdody Salon was cathartic. I was able to release all the worry and anxiety I had over going to back to a salon. I have had some negative experiences at some salons to the point I will put off going until I just have to go. Embody Salon is like going to your best friends house that welcomes you with open arms while getting an upscale salon treatment. Claudia was my stylist and set me up on a plan that works for me and my schedule. I will know when to come back for the next step of my road to achieve my goal and what to do in at home to make this a success on my end. Claudia was knowledgeable about my hereditary scalp condition and was able to recommend salon treatments. She recommended products but was also not pushy. I left feeling better about myself and my appearance.Melrose was managing the front desk that day. I can’t say enough about her. She was friendly and helpful. She was attentive to the needs of customers and even stayed late to help us with some questions we had.

Absolutely love Embody Salon!!Aveda salon and professional care of my hair.Claudia had made my healthy, strong and thicker with extra care and treatment!I love how she takes care of me. Not like a client, she treats me like a friend!! Always takes her time, never rushed.

WOW!! If you’re looking for a forever hair stylist you need to come here!! The atmosphere , integrity and the service is just spectacular! I always leave this place extremely in love with my hair!! Claudia Handrich is the owner and my stylist however all the stylist here are amazing just the same!!

Mine is an extreme case, but it shows the quality of styling/cut that Claudia is capable of. I had brain cancer and lost odd patches of hair around the sides and back of my head where radiation killed the follicles. Claudia is able to style the cut in such a way that my existing hair makes up / covers up where I'm bald. I would trim it all bald (which would also look strange because there are parts the radiation didn't touch) except that Claudia makes it look great. Aside from the cut, she's very sweet and fun / easy to talk with. I really appreciate her, and you'd be grateful to get a cut from her studio. She's very knowledgable about how to make all types of hair look great. Give her a try!
